USA Fence Inc. can help bring your HOA, Condo, Apartment, Hotel or other commercial pool area into compliance. Per the changes in code, all swimming pool equipment that is not in an equipment room or other approved enclosure must be fenced. This includes heaters, chemicals, pumps and other ancillary equipment. Fences must be at least four feet high with a self-closing, self-latching gate with a locking device.
